Residential Garbage Collection Service
- Auburn Placer Disposal Service recommends that refuse be at curbside the night before your collection day.
- Refuse must be at curbside by 5:00 a.m. on your collection day.
- We are not responsible for goods or articles in or near a refuse container.
- If missed service is the fault of our service person, please call our office at (530) 885-3735 within 48 hours of your missed pick-up.
- If you forget to set your trash out, there will be a special pick-up charge.
- Temporary stops during vacation or other periods of non-occupancy may be requested one time per calendar year. Please call our office in advance of the requested stop period: (530) 885-3735.
- To transfer or to vacate premises, contact our office so that charges can be terminated.
- Do not dispose of liquids in the trash.
90 gallon toters will be provided by Auburn Placer Disposal Service free of charge. The toters are Auburn Placer Disposal Service property. However, should the toter be damaged by you, a replacement fee will be charged to your account.
If you provide your own garbage cans, they must be no larger than 30-33 gallons, weigh no more than 50 pounds when full and have handles and tight fitting lids.
